Provisioning

AD Support for User Changes: If a user’s userid, email or name changes in Active Directory (AD), CAM will now support determining these changes with a new CAMImportReference and GUID column, and apply those changes to the effective user instead of creating a new user incorrectly. For AD configurations, there is a setting to enable to reprocess previously imported entries with the import reference and GUID columns.

SPM

Support for SPM Custom Properties and Collections: Custom properties of iManage Security Policy Manager (SPM) , for example a custom tag or practice group, can now be read within CAM. This allows matters to be provisioned attaching this custom metadata field along with it. Collection rules in SPM can use the matterproperties or clientproperties field so it self-maintains. CAM also supports other action fields.

Support for AD Deletions or Deactivation: Deactivating or deleting a user in AD will make the relevant updates to the user in CAM and SPM accordingly.

Note: Deleting an AD user will continue keeping the user on the ACL due to SPM constraints.
