Legal Holds have been enhanced so that many actions can be performed on a hold, or removed when the hold is removed.

Jobs Tab

Jobs that partially completed with failures, now get a Completed with Errors status. Users will be able to see the errors for the parts failed in the log, as well as the portions that successfully completed. Additionally, there is a new In Progress with Errors and Pending With Errors status.

The Failed Jobs Notification is updated to include the new Completed with Errors status.

Jobs can now be archived instead of deleted, hiding them from view, but accessible for troubleshooting by an admin or Service desk professional.

Auto archiving jobs are now available as a global system setting as well as the Job Cleanup of outdated incomplete jobs. IT admins can set up their desired duration settings to archive and clean up the jobs tab, bringing only current and relevant jobs to the forefront.
