Template Editor

Template Editor now supports adding metadata with an in clause, comma separating multiple values. This allows setting configurations based on where metadata exists in a set of values.

The owner field will be set to the user that created the folder/workspace/document. This dynamic application saves hassle for our clients if they don’t set the owner already.

The menu of Template Editor now allows for the ability to Save as a new folder. This front loads the action like Saving as a Template for clients.

Template Editor now natively supports the NetDocuments method of displaying folders as columns (1-2 columns). This allows NetDocuments users to have the same template display as they’d see in ND.

Account Management

iManage

When using the Manage Folder option to add a folder in which the metadata value for Owner corresponds with the value @SessionUser@ from the Directory tab and from iManage Work Web or from iManage Desksite, the system will show the Owner user which will correspond with the User used to log into CAM.

Service Desk
