Copy To Teams
Overview
The Copy to Team command allows the user to copy content and elements such as workspaces, folders, and documents across two DMS systems (for example, from iManage to Teams or from Teams to iManage) using a command or button on a DMS system.
It provides flexibility to copy elements at any level of the Team and rename the folder or document while copying to the target path.
The following options to copy contents are supported:
Copy to Teams - copies contents from iManage to Teams and vice versa.
Commands are available at Workspace, Folder, and Document level.
Copy to iManage from Teams via CAM - copies contents from Teams to iManage.
Commands are available on CAM’s Directory tab. It selects a Team’s workspace.
Note: When copying to Teams, the following symbols are not supported in folder and file names.
/ \ : < > ? | ‘ ”
Warning: SharePoint and Content Mover have a restriction on the length of the path name of a folder or document when copying from iManage to the Office365 system. CAM uses nested path names while copying from iManage to the Office365 system.
