Delete folders

Allows the user to delete all empty folders from the workspace using DeleteFolder CSV where the FolderCrietria matches.

  • deletefolder- To delete a folder

DeleteSearchFolder

Allows to delete the search folder. Specify value- 1 or True or Y for deleting the folder.

Note: If search folder contains data, then search folder throw an error message when applying Delete Search folder command.

deletecontent

Deletes content in an object. For example if a delete folder job is run with this=1 then folders will be deleted (non-empty). Use the deleteemptyfolder parameter for deleting empty folders

Note: In one CSV delete only 25 folders, if there are more than 25 folders then run same CSV again.

 

Note: If you plan to set workspaces with no templates in the Workspace Wizard or CSV Import, you will need to setup a metadata field for NoTemplate in CAM.

This format would be:

  • Metadata name= NoTemplate

  • Type= boolean

  • Value= 1 if you want to set no template. 0 if you want a template set.
