Background Jobs	Cloud-15794	New Recycle Bin functionality for iManage and NetDocuments. Through a Background job, it is now possible to: Automate the permanent deletion of recycled documents from the trash based on search criteria. Tips: For iManage, use the following metadata as the search criteria: Trashed date and Client. For Netdocuments, use the following metadata as the search criteria: Client. See documents in the service center. Delete/update jobs in the Background Job tab under Administration.
CAM Commands	Cloud-14399	A new iManage command is added for the Move Workspaces feature in CAM.
CAM Commands	Cloud-13751	A new iManage command is added for the Move Folders and Documents feature. This command allows a user to move a folders or documents to another workspace. This feature replicates the Milan feature to Move Documents/Folders.
CAM Commands	Cloud-6772 / Cloud-13456	New Commands are accessible for the Update Profile and Edit Security actions.
Service Desk	Cloud-25278 / Cloud-16364 / Cloud-16364	The following operations can be performed via CSV. The functionality is enabled for the Manage tier and above. Removeemptyfolders deleteworkspaces applynewtemplate remotecheckin removedocument removefolder exportdocuments
Service Desk	Cloud-25181	When attempting a Move operation, CAM will now provide a cautionary prompt with a checklist prior to executing the move. The three items in checklist need to be checked out to be able to proceed: Make sure all source documents are checked in or not in use If retaining document numbers, make sure there are no conflicts in the target database Make sure all users/groups in the source documents are in the target database
Service Desk	Cloud-15076 / Cloud-16135	Service Desk supports the refreshworkspace parameter for bulk security and profile updates for NetDocuments provisioning jobs.
Service Desk	Cloud-15011 / Cloud-15057 / Cloud-14069	CAM now includes an updated recycle bin that will give users more control over restoring and recovering accidentally deleted data. The new multi-tier restoration and deletion will enable users to set their own restoration period and even recover items once that period has expired. Additionally, the new improvements will provide a framework to process automated jobs, such as automated document deletions or check-ins.
Service Desk	Cloud-14375 / Cloud-16841 / Cloud-25122	Folder searches for NetDocuments and iManage have been enabled in the Workspace tab. To enable it, use the new toggle on the upper left of the Workspaces Search. This is useful if users have many folders within a workspace and want to narrow their search from that. The following operations are available: Security Update View Security Delete Empty Folders Export Documents - Export to zip Export Documents - Export to network path Export to CSV Profile Update Move Folders
Service Desk	Cloud-14140 / Cloud-3918	The user dropdown from any Service Desk tab will be disabled until the repository is added on the search field.The repository is now mandatory. Then users will be loaded for that repo, keeping a clean, accurate list.
Service Desk	Cloud-14039 / Cloud-13904	Exporting Documents includes the option to export search folders, as in Milan.
Service Desk	Cloud-12980	The Documents and Workspaces API Search now supports the iManage Search Anywhere option.
Service Desk	Cloud-12227	API Searches with CheckedOut=No will return all results, not just those with CheckedOut=No.
Service Desk	Cloud-11811	The Documents tab with Database Search enabled allows the user to filter on Documents only, Documents and emails, or Emails only, so the user can filter in or out emails.

Service Desk	Cloud-26660	Remote checkin operations with replace original via the Documents tab on documents present on cloud no longer replace the document name with its id.
Service Desk	Cloud-14276	Document versions for NetDocuments documents are now shown in the results when performing a Database search when the documentnumber metadata is mapped with codecolumn mapping as extid.
Service Desk	Cloud-12374	When performing a search for documents with different versions in the Documents tab: CAM is now showing the right properties for the versions of the documents, as they are in the external system. The checked out icon is now only shown for checked-out documents which are checked-out in the external system.
Service Desk	Cloud-11995	Boolean type metadata is now showing correctly in Analytics layouts. It is now showing radio buttons whereas previously it was showing a checkbox which prevented the proper selection from being made.
Service Desk	Cloud-11903	Locked versions of documents in the Documents tab are now showing the proper locked sign matching their Locked status in NetDocuments.
Service Desk	Cloud-11750	When using the Export to CSV function, the result counts are now equal to the number of documents results in All pages and the current page respectively.
